Family Medical Associates of Raleigh is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) that provides personal care for patients of all ages – Children, Teens, Adults. We offer comprehensive care for acute illnesses, chronic disease management, women’s health, musculoskeletal and sports medicine, geriatric care, routine health maintenance, screening, and immunizations, and work and travel medicine. We also participate in clinical research trials and have on-site Lab Services.

We provide hospital/emergency room follow up from 2 days to 2 weeks from discharge as needed based on your doctor’s review of your hospital records, the recommendation from your hospital physician, and your preference. Please feel free to call us to schedule your follow up visit.
